AI Disclaimer
Effective Date: April 15, 2026 · Last Updated: April 15, 2026
DefenseBizStack.ai ("Platform"), operated by Steeled Inc., uses artificial intelligence ("AI") systems to generate, analyze, and present content throughout the Platform. This AI Disclaimer explains how AI-generated content is identified, what it means, and the important limitations you must understand before relying on any Platform output.
Bottom line: AI is a tool that helps you move faster. It is not a substitute for qualified professionals. Always verify before you act.
1. Content Origin Labels
All content on the Platform is labeled with one of three origin tags to help you understand its source and reliability:
AI-Generated Content
Content produced, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence. This includes compliance assessments, readiness scores, gap analyses, proposal drafts, market intelligence summaries, capture recommendations, and other AI-assisted outputs. AI-Generated Content is created using machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or omissions. It has not been reviewed or verified by a human professional unless separately labeled.
Estimated Content
Numerical values, projections, timelines, cost figures, or scores that are calculated or projected based on available data, models, or heuristics. Estimates are approximations and should not be treated as exact or guaranteed figures. Actual values may differ materially. Examples include compliance readiness scores, cost projections, timeline estimates, and win probability assessments.
Verified Content
Data that has been confirmed against an authoritative source. This may include information sourced directly from government databases (e.g., SAM.gov, FPDS, USASpending), official regulatory publications, or data that has been manually verified by a qualified professional. Verified Content reflects the state of information at the time of verification and may become outdated.
2. What the Platform Does NOT Do
DefenseBizStack is an informational and operational platform. The Platform does not:
- Certify your compliance with any framework (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, EAR, FedRAMP, or any other standard). Only a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) or authorized body can issue certifications.
- Clear personnel or facilities for access to classified information. Only the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and authorized government entities grant security clearances.
- Approve government contracts, task orders, or procurement actions. Only authorized contracting officers can award government contracts.
- Audit your financial systems, cost accounting practices, or incurred cost submissions. Only DCAA-approved auditors and licensed CPAs can perform audits.
- Attest to the accuracy of your compliance posture, financial statements, or operational readiness. The Platform provides assessments, not attestations.
3. Educational Guidance Only
All Content provided by the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Compliance readiness assessments and gap analyses
- CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR/EAR, and DFARS guidance
- Cost estimates and pricing models
- Proposal drafts and capture recommendations
- Market intelligence and opportunity analysis
- Teaming partner suggestions and match scores
- Risk assessments and bid/no-bid recommendations
is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute and should not be construed as legal advice, compliance certification, audit attestation, tax guidance, insurance underwriting, clearance sponsorship, or procurement approval.
4. Consult Qualified Professionals
Before making any decisions or taking any actions based on Platform Content, you must consult the appropriate qualified professionals.
- Compliance decisions: Consult a qualified compliance professional, Registered Practitioner (RP), or C3PAO.
- Legal matters: Consult a licensed attorney experienced in government contracting law.
- Financial and tax matters: Consult a licensed CPA or DCAA-approved auditor.
- Insurance and bonding: Consult a licensed insurance broker or surety agent.
- Security clearances: Consult your Facility Security Officer (FSO) or a qualified security professional.
- Procurement and contracting: Consult your contracting officer or a qualified procurement specialist.
5. AI Limitations
AI systems used by the Platform have inherent limitations. You should be aware that:
- AI can produce incorrect information. Language models may generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements ("hallucinations"). Always verify critical facts independently.
- AI knowledge may be outdated. AI models are trained on data up to a specific date and may not reflect the most recent regulatory changes, policy updates, or market conditions.
- AI does not understand context the way a human professional does. AI outputs are based on pattern recognition, not professional judgment or experience. A qualified professional may reach a different (and more accurate) conclusion when considering the full context of your situation.
- AI may reflect biases in training data. Outputs may inadvertently reflect biases present in the data used to train the AI systems.
- AI cannot account for your unique circumstances. Every organization's compliance posture, risk profile, and business situation is unique. AI provides general guidance, not tailored professional advice.
6. No Warranty of Accuracy
Steeled Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-Generated Content or Estimated Content for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, we cannot guarantee that:
- AI-Generated Content is free from errors or omissions.
- Estimates will reflect actual outcomes.
- Verified Content remains current after the verification date.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and validating all Content before relying on it.
- You will not treat AI-Generated Content as a substitute for professional advice.
